First, Order Details

Select a subscription plan:
  • Individuals Plan
  • Corporate Plan

Select a Package:
  • Monthly Package
  • Semester Package

You may choose different packages, provided that there are two meals per week as a minimum and five meals per week as a maximum, provided that the subscription period is not less than a full month :

  • When filling out the application, the " customer" must provide us with accurate detail of the pick-up location (neighborhood, street, and building number) and provide us with the school hours.
  • Once the " customer " completes the payment, it will receive an email confirming that we have received the order, and it won’t be possible to cancel it after that.
  • Duration of subscription and number of meals in The Purple Box “depend on the type of package you choose.
  • The days in all packages are calculated per school days based on the academic calendar approved by the Saudi Ministry of Education only.
  • After confirming that we have received the order, the " customer " must choose the meals for the entire subscription period, and if the items are not selected, they will be selected by us. As for the semester package customers, they will be provided with a link in case the meal menu items are renewed.

Second: Payment Methods:

  • Payment is made through our website after filling in the required data and confirming the subscription request via credit cards, Apple pay, or STC Pay.

Third, Delivery, Receiving, and Storage:

  • Subscription price includes delivery service.
  • Meals box delivery starts two to three working days after the meal selection date.
  • School day meals delivery time from The Purple Box " starts from Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm Saudi Arabia time.
  • When you do not respond to the representative and receive the meal, the “customer” must receive the meals itself from the site of The Purple Box" After all meals are distributed.
  • The “customer” is obligated to receive its meals in one location only during its subscription, and if it is unable to do so, it must submit to The Purple Box " and it will be delivered to the new location within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Delivery is according to the neighborhoods, and through it, the time of receiving the meal shall be determined for the “customer “based on the neighborhood and the route plan.
  • It is allowed to deliver the meals to the maid or the guard, and when you do not desire to do so, the “customer” must inform us of its desires.

  • The “ customer ” acknowledges that once the meals are received, the Purple Box " disclaims responsibility for what results from misuse, improper storage, or any other damages.
  • In the absence of the customer or the presence of any person authorized by it at the place of delivery on the specified date, the representative must leave the food at the door of the delivery place chosen by the “customer”.
  • The expiration date of the products is provided on meals.
  • Meals should be discarded if they exceed 24 hours after receiving them.
  • Meals are prepared to be kept in an air-conditioned or moderately heated area so that they are not left in the sun for a long time or in a hot area.
  • " The Purple Box " is not responsible for the quality of the meals if they are not preserved properly or if the instructions on the meals are not followed by the “ customer ”.

Fourth, General Information:

  • The meals of The Purple Box " are not prepared for each person separately, and therefore the customer must be fully aware of the subscribers’ health status and bear the responsibility for choosing the types of meals and avoiding meals that do not suit their health or cause them allergies, knowing that The Purple Box " may use ingredients in its meals that may not be suitable for food allergies cases.
  • The Purple Box " completely disclaims its responsibility, the responsibility of its management and employees for complaints of damages resulting from wrong or inappropriate selection of meals.
  • The “ customer ” acknowledges that the subscription value is not refundable.
  • In the event that the “customer” is unable to continue with meals, the school subscription days are allowed to be transferred to another person, and no refund is allowed.
  • In the event of compelling reasons within five days from the start of the subscription, the eligibility shall be attributable to The Purple Box " by accepting or refusing to cancel the subscription.
  • When you want to renew the subscription, the “customer” must subscribe through its account on the website or inform The Purple Box " 48 hours before to avoid interruption of meal delivery.
  • The website of "The Purple Box” is not for commercial or advertising purposes but for private use.
  • All content on the website, including graphics, logos, icons, symbols, drawings, graphics, images, designs, trademarks, trade names, and all packages used on the website and others, are the property of the Purple Box ".
